4. Keep the channel clean and clean, and the pipeline airflow is unobstructed

When the pipeline airflow configuration is unreasonable, it will affect the opening and removal of impurities and may cause traffic jams, forming neps and tows. Keep all dust and miscellaneous pipes on the machine unobstructed, and the filter bag of the dust filter room should be cleaned or replaced in time.

5. Control of temperature and humidity

When the temperature is too low, the wax on the surface of the cotton fiber becomes hard, the fiber becomes weaker, and the strength decreases; when the temperature is too high, the cotton wax softens, which affects drafting and causes unevenness. When the relative humidity is too high, the cleaning efficiency of the blow-carding unit is low, the card sliver contains many impurities, the carding transfer is difficult, the cotton web sags, and the neps increase. When the relative humidity is too low, the fiber is easy to break, adding short lint and noil, which is not conducive to saving cotton; the increase of flying flowers, the floating of the cotton net, it is easy to produce broken edges and increase the broken ends; the cotton net is attached to the doffer and the cotton is stripped difficulty. Especially when Xinjiang cotton is used, its sugar content is high, and more attention should be paid to the control of temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity control of the blow-carding unit is stricter than that of the ordinary process.

6. The unity of the carding machine

Maintaining the uniformity of the carding machine includes dust removal efficiency, lint growth rate, neps growth rate, and card sliver quality unevenness, that is, the difference in the table must be controlled.
