Therefore, in the high temperature and high humidity season, enterprises generally keep the temperature and humidity in a relatively high position under the premise of ensuring the smooth production. Therefore, if temperature and humidity are poorly controlled in high temperature and humidity season, frequent or large fluctuations will seriously affect the stability of workshop life and product quality.
In addition to temperature and humidity control, it is one of the effective measures to reduce adhesion, entangling, blocking and hanging. Wipe car refueling should be appropriate, in order to avoid lubricating oil pollution drafting area; During the inspection period of the charter flight, wipe it with a warm and wet cloth in time according to the adhesion of the roller, roller and cotton wax, oil agent or sugar in the passage. The specific cleaning methods of combing process are as follows:
(1) Combing wipe car to implement warm water cleaning operation, that is, warm wet cloth cleaning, wiping nipper plate upper and lower lip, separation roller, drafting roller and all sliver channel, cotton channel, remove the viscous triangle airflow plate adhesion, inset, dry with a soft dry cloth and then use chalk polishing.
(2) When wiping the car, the top comb will soak in the container of warm water for about 5 minutes, with a brush to clean the viscous material between the top comb needle teeth, cleaned with compressed air pipe dry.
(3) Equipment maintenance personnel clean the responsible machine with a warm wet cloth every day, wipe the upper and lower lip of the clamping plate, the separation roller, the drafting roller, all the sliver passage of the sliver circle, and then polish it with chalk dust.
(4) The maintenance personnel shall increase the work of cleaning the top comb with warm water once a week, and the combing guard shall increase the work of cleaning the upper and lower lip of the clamp plate and the top comb needle plate every shift.
Ensure the good running state of carding equipment, ensure the stability of yarn quality and improve production efficiency. Combing equipment should be smooth surface, no damage, no inlaid flowers, carding area, combing area rack density and total carding point to optimize the configuration, as far as possible to reduce combed cotton mesh broken edge, hole, broken network phenomenon. Specific measures include:
(1) Optimize the density of arranged Cylinder rack. To make comb cylinder of maximum efficiency, in the finite cylinder carding interval to the reasonable configuration, appropriately increased before the rack density of carding area, strengthen the front rack puncture, grasping, opening, the effect of carded, at the same time should also avoid the front rack configuration too close to appear in the condition of high speed comber cotton net broken edge hole phenomenon.
(2) Reasonable use of brush reverse technology. If used properly, imported brush can be used for 6 ~ 7 years, domestic brush can be used for 4 ~ 5 years. Measures to deal with when regular cylinder applique technology doesn't work, don't rush to adjust the depth of the insert cylinder brush brown (because it is easy to brush brown damage, and can shorten the service life of the brush), should be brush to use, it is because we now use mostly domestic brush, domestic brush brown elasticity is relatively poor, After a period of use, the brown hair of the brush will dump along the combing direction. At this time, the brown hair of the brush is in a state of alignment with the cylinder needle teeth, which greatly reduces the cleaning efficiency of cylinder. If the brush is reversed at this time, so that the brown hair of the brush is in the reverse state of the cylinder needle tooth, the brown hair tip can have good elasticity, and the depth of the brush inserted into the cylinder needle tooth can be properly controlled, which is very beneficial to clean the inlay in the cylinder tooth piece. Reversing the brush after a period of use has the cleaning effect of increasing the depth of the brush into cylinder by 1 mm. The reverse period of the brush is generally controlled in 3 months.
(3) Reasonably adjust the brush speed. Brush speed directly affects cylinder cleaning and cylinder insertion fiber status. With the great increase of combing locomotive speed, the traditional technology concept of controlling the ratio of cylinder and brush surface speed at 1:5.8 ~ 6.8 can not completely meet the practical needs. Through the test, the cleaning effect of cylinder is better when the brush speed of high-speed comber is 1200 r/min.
On the premise of ensuring carding quality, prolong the service life of cylinder rack as far as possible to effectively reduce cylinder hanging phenomenon.
(1) The total carding points of the conventional domestic cylinder we use are 41186 points. The first and second cylinder rack specifications are the same, and the rack diagonal pieces are beige. The first group of the first row of cylinder rack teeth are easy to damage, when the cylinder service time reaches eight months or so, the first and second cylinder rack for use, which can effectively improve the combing quality, keep cylinder tooth surface clean, prolong the service life of cylinder rack.
(2) In the unified replacement of cylinder rack, can be some state relatively good cylinder rack (rack tooth surface damage, no inlaid, no dirt) selected out, easy to replace the inlaid cylinder rack at any time, to ensure that the cylinder tooth surface clean, reduce machine material consumption, prolong the service life of cylinder rack.
(3) Through the experiment, while appropriately increasing the cylinder rack density in the front and back areas, strictly controlling the three-point spacing of cylinder carding (front, middle and back areas). Small spacing of cylinder carding can reduce yarn neps, but too small spacing of carding is easy to cause fiber damage and cylinder rack damage. Therefore, the determination of cylinder carding spacing should be optimized according to cylinder rack density configuration, small volume quantity and customer quality requirements.
(4) The process design of combing preparation process should give priority to the elongation, parallelism and separation of the fiber, to ensure that the small winding process does not stick, to save cotton, reduce cylinder rack damage, improve the service life of cylinder rack.
After adopting the above technical measures, the phenomenon of sticking, entangling, blocking and hanging in combing process in high temperature and high humidity season is greatly alleviated. Combing cylinder basically keeps the tooth surface clean, no inlaid and no damage state, and the satisfaction degree of working gear holder is greatly improved.
