The difference between CVC and TC in fabric is: different content of raw materials, different characteristics and different shortcomings.
Different content of raw materials
1. CVC: CVC is a textile blended with polyester and cotton. The cotton content is higher than polyester content, and the cotton content is more than 65%.
2. TC: TC is a textile blended with polyester and cotton. The content of polyester is higher than that of cotton, and the content of polyester is more than 65%.
Different characteristics
1. CVC: CVC has good elasticity and wear resistance under dry and wet conditions.
2, TC: TC shrinkage rate is small, with tall and straight, not easy to wrinkle, easy to wash, fast drying characteristics.
The shortcomings are different
1. CVC: CVC has a strong affinity for oil, easy to absorb oil, and can not be ironed at high temperature and boiling water immersion.
2. TC: TC is easy to generate static electricity and absorb dust during wearing, which is difficult to wash.
CVC and T/C are blends of polyester and cotton.
CVC blend ratio is: cotton more polyester less.
The conventional blend ratio is: 60/40 (that is, 60% cotton and 40% polyester); 55/45 (55% cotton, 45% polyester);
T/C is more polyester and less cotton. The conventional blend ratio is 65/35 (i.e. 65% polyester and 35% cotton). Of course, there are many other blending ratios (raw material manufacturers can be spun according to customer's requirements).
