Dyeing mills and weaving mills produce different holes

First, the holes caused by the dyeing factory:

It is caused by semi-finished products or bleaching, and generally less after finishing

3. If the steaming time is too long or the steam temperature is too high after bleaching, holes will appear

4. The whole process, if the grey fabric is mercerized before bleaching and the washing is not clean and uneven, the PH value of the fabric surface is too high

5. The width difference between the front and back is relatively large, the stabilizer is not selected properly, and the stability of the stabilizer is poor

The above points may cause holes in the finished fabric.

It belongs to the regular needle-eye type hole, the hole rule: 1 warp yarn is broken, 2 weft yarns are broken, or both warp and weft are 2-3.

1. Dyeing and finishing:

Miscellaneous objects are caught in the curled cloth stick, or the faller makes a mistake when setting off the cloth.

After finishing, in the cloth repairing process, due to inconsistent cloth repairing skills and techniques, some small defects are repaired into large ones.
