There are a variety of ways to print patterns on clothing, including screen printing, heat transfer, digital direct spray, and embroidery. In general, different printing techniques and methods will have different effects. Here are some ways to print patterns on clothes:
1. Silk-screen printing
Silk-screen printing technology is said to have appeared more than 2000 years ago, originated in China. Silk-screen printing belongs to hole printing. When printing, the squeezes by the scraper, so that the ink is transferred to the clothes through the mesh of the text and text part, forming the same text and text as the original. When printing, the mesh frame is prepared first. Where the mesh frame has a pattern, the mesh is continuously empty, and the mesh is painted without a pattern. When printing, the color paste is scraped through the mesh and printed on the clothes. Make as many mesh frames as there are colors in the pattern, and put them on one by one.
2. Heat-transfer printing
The main principle of heat-transfer printing is to sublimate the ink on the paper to the cloth through high temperature and high pressure. Mainly used for polyester fabric, fabric color is mainly white, light color can also be. Pure cotton fabric is not suitable for thermal sublimation, because pure cotton fabric does not absorb ink. And when the temperature is high, the temperature has a great impact on the cotton cloth surface, not only the color of the cloth surface, but also the shrinkage rate and so on.
Heat-transfer printing process:
1. The pre-selected pattern is designed by computer.
2. The sublimation ink is printed on a specific printed paper (sublimation paper) on a digital printer to become transfer printing paper.
3. Put the patterned side of the printed paper close to the material to be transferred into the thermal sublimation transfer machine.
4. After high temperature and high pressure, the sublimation dye ink (pattern) on the transfer printing paper is transferred to the cloth through gasification.
3. Digital direct spray printing
Digital jet printing simple said is through a variety of digital means, such as scanners, digital cameras and the images or the source file directly input to the computer, through the printing software system form the document after editing, and then printing machine is controlled by a dedicated RIP software direct injection, will ink (coating, reactive, acid, disperse) through the nozzle on-demand jet printing directly to the clothes, then through After processing, obtain clothes printed with high-precision patterns.
Printing process of digital direct jet printing:
(1) Use drawing software (AI,Coreldraw, Photoshop, etc.) to edit and print pictures (size and print position, etc.)
(2) Process the liquid on the printing site. Dark fabric with white base pulp; Spray white and light colored fabrics with pretreatment solution.
(3) Set printer parameters and print. The cloth is printed directly on the counter board.
(4) Natural drying (or drying).
(5)Finishing.
Main advantages of digital direct spray printing:
(1) Simplify the work flow, shorten the work cycle: the production process of digital printing, break away from the traditional printing color separation, publishing, network making, printing, drying and other processes, so as to shorten the production cycle, no quantity limit, truly achieve small batch, multiple varieties, rapid response of the production process;
(2) Clear image and rich color: it is difficult to print more than 10 sets of colors in traditional printing. Digital printing process is controlled by computer, which can realize 16.7 million colors, breaking through the limitation of traditional printing color matching. Especially in color gradient, moire pattern of high precision printing, digital printing in technology has more advantages that cannot be compared, the patterns of the traditional printing is often limited to "take back" less degree, and digital printing technology does not exist in the process of "take back" point of view, and to expand the textiles of the eve of the design space, the grade of the product promotion;
(3) Simple operation, strong stability: the control panel is more friendly, one-click operation, automatic positioning, accurate control of lifting and other functions. Make the operation easy and careless. The whole process is controlled by a computer, and the technological process is highly automated, which is not affected by environmental and wage factors. The patterns are stored in the computer in digital format to ensure the consistency of printing colors.
(4) Printing on demand, reduce waste: after input the size of clothing pieces, can only print on the pieces, the parts other than the pieces do not need printing, that is, to throttle the dye, but also simplify the cutting process;
(5) To meet the increasing personalized needs: the emergence of digital printing will meet people's pursuit of personalized needs to the greatest extent. The design sample can be modified on the computer at will, which fully shows the design concept of the clothing designer. The effect on the screen of the computer is the effect of the fabric pattern after forming, which can be indirectly printed after customers agree with it, so as to achieve on-site design and construction, so that the clothing is truly personalized.
(6) Green environmental protection, reduce noise, reduce pollution: digital printing by computer control printing, printing process does not produce noise. Without plant and large type equipment, fully realize the single construction. Because the required ink does not contain color paste and other chemical elements, to achieve a pollution-free green production process;
(7) The printing process by the computer automatic memory of all kinds of data, and the production of sample is completely consistent, to ensure the reproducibility of printing; Low cost and high efficiency, printing a T-shirt only costs 0.3 yuan;
(8) To meet all the traditional printing production needs: anti-stamping, anti-stamping silver, cold stamping gold, cold stamping silver, hot setting right Angle pulping, hot setting right Angle thick plate, hot setting round Angle pulping, color drawing, color foaming, one machine in hand, all printing worry.
The main drawback of digital direct spray printing: the only drawback is that the speed is not fast and the nozzle needs maintenance.
4.The embroidery
Embroidery is a general term for various decorative patterns embroidered on fabric by needle and thread. Embroidery is divided into silk embroidery and feather embroidery. Use A NEEDLE NAMELY SILK THREAD OR OTHER fiber, YARN WITH CERTAIN design AND color to Pierce on embroider material, WITH embroidER TRACE THE ADORNMENT FABRIC THAT FORMS DECORATIVE PATTERN. It is the art of using needle and thread to add human design and making to any fabric that exists. Embroidery is one of the traditional Chinese folk handicrafts, which has a history of at least two to three thousand years in China. There are four main categories of Chinese embroidery: Suzhou embroidery, Hunan embroidery, Shu embroidery and Guangdong embroidery. The techniques of embroidery include: cross-stitch embroidery, cross-stitch embroidery, mesh embroidery, ground embroidery, lock silk, silk, brocade, flat gold, shadow gold, pan gold, laying velvet, scraping velvet, poke yarn, sprinkle thread, cross-stitch and so on. The main uses of embroidery include life and art decoration, such as clothing, bedding, tablecloth, stage and art decoration.
