Type of printed fabric
1. Transfer printing
First, the pigment is printed on the paper by printing method to make transfer printing paper, and then the color is transferred to the fabric by high temperature (heating and pressing on the paper back). 2. Discharge printing
(English: Dye that are not resistant to discharge agent is selected to dye the ground color. After drying, the design and color dye containing discharge agent or simultaneously containing discharge agent is used for printing. During post-processing, the ground color dye at the printing place is destroyed and discolored. To form a white pattern on a color floor or a colored pattern on a color dye. Also known as white or color pull. Can it create the same effect as if the clothes had been washed? 3. Deceleration printing
The process takes advantage of the difference in chemical corrosion resistance of different fibers in interwoven or blended fabrics, and applies firing agent through printing method to remove one of the fibers locally and retain the other fibers to form a translucent pattern. Also called burn out printing or burnt out printing.
4. Wrinkle and shrink flower
The chemical which can make the fiber expand or shrink is applied to the fabric by printing method. By proper treatment, the difference of expansion or contraction can be produced between the fiber in the printing part and the fiber in the non-printing part, so as to obtain the product with regular concave and convex pattern on the surface. For example, pure cotton printed seersucker with caustic soda as expansion agent. Also called bump printing.
5. Flat screen printing
Printing die is fixed on the square frame and has a hollow pattern of polyester or nylon screen (pattern). Pattern on the plate can pass through the color paste, no pattern is closed with polymer film layer mesh. When printing, the pattern is pressed tightly on the fabric, the pattern is filled with color paste, and the scraper is used for reciprocating scraping and pressing, so that the color paste reaches the surface of the fabric through the pattern. Flat screen printing production efficiency is low, but wide adaptability, flexible application, suitable for small batch and variety of production.
6. Round screen printing
The printing mould is a cylindrical nickel leather screen with hollow pattern, which is installed above the rubber guide belt in a certain order and can rotate synchronously with the guide belt. When printing, the color paste is input into the net and stored at the bottom of the net. When the round net rotates with the guide belt, the scraper pressed at the bottom of the net and the flower net have relative scraping pressure, and the color paste reaches the surface of the fabric through the pattern on the net.
Circular screen printing belongs to continuous processing, high production efficiency, and has the advantages of drum and screen printing, but there are some limitations in the fine pattern and color of printing. Remember: there are certain limitations in the selection of color for round screen printing.
